Espolon Tequila has been available in the USA for less than 10 years, winning some impressive awards at international competitions during that time. Like any tequila that’s worth your time, Espolon is 100% agave, and it’s made where all pure agave tequila is made, in Los Altos (the highlands), Jalisco. However, Espolon comes in at half the price of most of its “pure agave” competitors.

At 40% abv, this is a top notch premium tequila. This spirit is clear with a platinum shine. It is delicate, sweet agave on the nose, with floral, tropical fruit and lemon zest aromas with a hint of pepper. It has a soft mouth feel, light-to-medium-bodied palate with bright agave flavour. Notes of pepper, vanilla bean, grilled pineapple fill the mouth, with an elegant clean taste that ends with a hint of spice.
