Produced by renowned Spanish winemaker Javier Murua, and sourced from the famed Castilla la Mancha, Elefante Primero is crafted with a contemporary philosophy; To deliver rich and approachable full flavoured wines that capture the passion, fire and excitement of Spanish culture.

This does exactly that... and in spades!!

The wine is super fragrant, with aromas of sweet spice, blackberry and pepper. The palate is bright and expressive with a burst of mouth-filling ripe berry flavours. Textbook varietal characters of cherry cola and smoked spice also flood the palate before supple tannins and subtle oak provide definition to the impressively long finish. Pair with meat-based paella with plenty of smoked paprika. 14% abv.
