Smokey Joe Islay Malt Scotch Whisky

"Smokey Joe" Islay Malt Whisky is distilled on the island of Islay, off the south western coast of Scotland.

These Islay malts take their characteristics both from the local peat used to dry the barley and their closeness to the sea. These factors typically impart a distinctive sea-weed and peaty flavour. The whisky that makes up Smokey Joe has been selected for its highly engaging nose, balance of smoke and peppery spice on the plate and a lingering finish.

As the label describes... "Without doubt this whisky showers the senses with smoke and peaty impressions, and yet, overall, one is left with a feeling of tranquil fulfillment, reflecting the balanced and subtle complexity therein". We couldn't put it better ourselves.
