This expressive 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from premium vineyard sites throughout the Marlborough region, and offers exceptional value for money.

Winemaking is kept to a minimum to ensure the varietal and regional characteristics shine. After the fruit was picked, it was gently pressed and selected yeasts were added within six hours of harvest to retain as much flavour and aroma as possible. Batch ferments were stopped to capture natural sweetness in the wine which helps to balance the classic Marlborough acidity.

This wine is a classic Marlborough Sav with fresh citrus aromas and hints of lemonwood and crushed nettle. The palate is rich and textural, with citrus, gooseberry and dried herb flavours finishing long and balanced. 12.8% abv.
