So what makes this champagne so special? The Charpentier have been cultivating their vineyard in the Marne Valley of Champagne for over eight generations. Since 1855 the domain duty of this champagne house, including values, winemaking expertise and precise vineyard management has been carefully passed down.

Comprised of 75% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir, Delaplace is made with the Traditional Methods of Champagne with the base wine going through secondary fermentation in the bottle for 3 years. The wine is then aged on its lees before being riddled, disgorged and topped with a dosage before being corked. The resulting champagne is truly exquisite.

This Champagne has a copper pink appearance and a satin salmon shimmer. The nose will be delighted by fruity notes of raspberry, strawberry, blackberry and redcurrant, rich cream and toasty flavours. Your greedy pleasure will be prolonged by the persistence in mouth. A fine bead & exquisite finish make this a decadent treat. 12.5% abv.
