Sourced from established vineyards across South Australia, this 2021 Pinot Noir is exceptional. The wine displays elegant berry fruit & toast aromas which follow through to the palate. With a medium body, it has lovely red and dark berry fruit concentration and a soft silky texture, with subtle hints of spice. The soft tannins provide a long flavoursome finish. Perfect with a vegan dish like stuffed mushrooms or risotto. 13% abv.
