Waipara Hills Pinot Gris 2020

Established in 2001, Waipara Hills has a proud history of creating award winning wines that celebrate the very best of the North Canterbury region.

Their winemaking style is about crafting perfect harmony between the vineyard and winery, encouraging the characteristics of each season's fruit to shine. The result is wine that is rich, textural and bursting with complex flavour. From the vineyard to the winery, the team is hands-on in perfecting their craft, pouring a little of themselves into everything they do.

This delicious, fragrant Pinot Gris is sourced from Waipara Valley vineyards. The colour is pale green and straw. The palate displays lovely nougat, quince and pear flavours with a subtle touch of toffee. It has a rich and oily texture, but with balanced acidity and a crisp lingering taste.

The perfect partner with spicy Asian dishes, creamy chicken pasta and with good friends! 13.5% abv.
