Lurking in the bottle, brilliantly disguised as a full flavoured wine, is the Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing. A new low alcohol wine that promises more flavour but less calories. It offers all the enjoyment of wine but contains less than half the usual alcohol and calories than most standard table wines, as well as being delicious and refreshing (only 5.0% abv).

Sourced from dry grown established vineyards in South Australia, this Pinot Grigio is a little gem. Nicely opaque in the glass, it has a wonderful fragrant nose of pear, apple and citrus with hints of freshly cut herbs. The palate is fresh and vibrant with citrus fruit flavours and a gentle soft flavour. It finishes, crisp and dry with a clean and pure line of acidity.

Comfortable in its own skin, delivering great tasting flavour with less bite. Gotta try this!
