Grant Burge's winemaking team carefully select blended vibrant, flavour-packed parcels of premium Barossa fruit to create a Shiraz so bold and dark in colour, its almost ink. Its further intensified with rich, natural colour sourced from the grape skins. The bouquet is rich with red and blackberry coulis, liqueur cherry, liquorice and vanilla. The super rich, full bodied wine has a sensual palate offering plenty of texture with it’s fine velvet tannin, and cherry and dark chocolate flavours. 14% abv.
