This 2020 Chilean Sauvignon Blanc is a little ripper! On the nose the fresh capsicum and ripe gooseberry aromas leap out of the glass at you. The palate shows intense, lively citrus flavours of lime, mandarin and grapefruit, with subtle herbal notes. The wine displays fantastic balance between dryness, fruit ripeness and crisp acidity, and finishes with a well rounded soft mouthfeel. This is summer in a glass! 12.5% ABV.
