The taste is fresh and crisp, with light floral and apple notes, finishing with a sweet, ripe citrus bite. Not only is this wine delicious, it is naturally lower in alcohol (10% abv), and it's also crafted with minimal impact to the environment through expert vineyard and water management. This non-vintage (NV) Prosecco made from 100% Glera grapes grown in South Australian sunshine has wonderful, fruit driven flavours including fresh pear, apple and subtle citrus fruit with floral characters and mixed spice in support.
