Barossa Valley Shiraz 2019 (3 bottles):

This wine exudes typical plum, red licorice, chocolate and mocha characters, whilst the addition of the spicier, elegant Eden Valley fruit has added lift, interest and freshness. Having been matured in older oak barrels, this has added subtle vanilla, toasty notes and earthy characters. There’s softness on the finish while maintaining freshness and vibrancy. A super stunner! 14.5% abv.

Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (3 bottles):

From the famed Coonawarra region, grapes were sourced from two vineyard sites on both red soil & black soil blocks. With a deep purple colour, the wine has lifted perfumed aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry fruit, followed by chocolate and subtle spice characters. The palate shows dark berry fruit flavours upfront with hints of nutmeg and subtle herb and red floral notes in the finish. Supple tannins provide structure, softness and weight to the wine which finishes with lovely integrated fruit and subtle oak flavours. 14.5% abv.
