Bendigo Hills Central Otago Rose 2021

The Bendigo Hills are north facing semi-arid slopes growing some of the finest Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris in Central Otago. These vineyards are located just North East of Cromwell, mid way between Queenstown & Wanaka.

Bendigo's organic vineyards are perched 400m above sea level, where they are literally growing grapes on a mountain edge, in an extremely challenging continental climate. But making great wine is never easy and we wouldn’t want it any other way.

Produced from Pinot Noir grapes, these are handpicked, whole bunch pressed, gently settled, and fermented at a cool temperature with an aromatic yeast strain. The wine is a beautiful salmon pink colour, with fresh fruit characters including white peach, rock melon & strawberry flavours. The finish is crisp & refreshing. 13.5% ABV.
