Tread Softly Sparkling Blanc de Blanc 750ml

Tread Softly is a range of moderate alcohol, modern, full flavoured wines.

Seeking to be better for you and the environment, not only are the wines naturally lower in alcohol, the wines are also crafted with minimal impact to the environment through expert vineyard and water management. For every dozen bottles of Tread Softly sold, an Australian Native Tree is planted in a regeneration program in the Yarra Yarra biodiversity corridor in WA. As of January 2021, we have planted 182,207 native trees and shrubs.

Sourced from established vineyards on the border of Victoria and South Australia, the 100% Chardonnay grapes are lightly pressed with the free juice taken for the ferment. A clean Champagne yeast is used and then the finsished juice is fermented dry and carbonated to make style of wine that is for immediate enjoyment.

Tasting Note: A softly effervescent new member of the Tread Softly range. A light fruit driven style, lively with citrus and apple aromas. The palate is soft and rounded with a crisp finish and balanced acidity. Pair with your favourite sushi or sashimi. 9.9% ABV.
