This Pinot Grigio sourced from the Limestone Coast of Sourth Australia is sublime. With a light straw colour and pale hue, the wine shows lifted aromas of citrus, green pear and hints of alpine spice. The palate is mouth-filling with pear, white stone fruit and very subtle fresh cut herb flavours. The freshness of the acidity ensures it finishes crisp, flavoursome and moreish.
Perfect with fresh seafood, chicken and pork dishes. 12.5% ABV.
